Account Coordinator

We’re looking for an ambitious individual who enjoys working in an innovative, highly creative, energetic, slightly eccentric and fun environment. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll assist in project scheduling, manage budgets for client accounts and you’ll make use of those writing and communication skills you’ve been honing since you learned to speak. You’ll also work alongside dynamic Account Managers and Directors to manage client’s projects and expectations with strong follow-up and organization skills. Juggling skills are not required, but are metaphorically appropriate. Key responsibilities include:
  • Capable of managing project details from start through delivery with thoroughness, accuracy, efficiency and profitability
  • Understanding of and sensitivity to branding and creative development process
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills. Ability to write creative briefs, presentations, proposals and client reports with clarity
  • Personable, team player committed to agency’s vision
  • Facilitate project execution, working closely with copywriters, designers and production staff
  • Field questions with the clients, documenting key decisions and next steps
  • Excellent time management and organizational skill; strong attention to detail
  • Solid communications, interpersonal relations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Must be flexible, dedicated, hardworking, diplomatic, friendly and highly organized
  • Occasional travel
Technical Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • 2-3+ years agency or related experience
  • Thorough knowledge of key software packages including Microsoft Office, Power Point and Outlook calendar system

We would like to update our current conference program/guide format to be more vibrant, flexible in its use and more economical than those of previous years.
