March 10th: GR8

Ever wonder how different artists would interpret a common theme? We sure did.
DATE/TIME: Thurs., Mar. 10th 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Light hors d'oeuvres and beverages LOCATION: Kehler Liddel Gallery 873 Whalley Ave. New Haven, CT 203.389.9555 Directions ADMISSION: $10 for all attendees
With that in mind, we invited 8 forward-thinking Connecticut creatives to visually answer the question, "How does creativity personally affect social responsibility + change?" On March 10th our artists will share the results of a two-month creative exploration with the creative community. You'll learn first-hand how each artist defines Social Responsibility and how it affects their personal and professional work. Each of our GR8 contributors has generously donated their 18" x 24" work to the CADC, to be auctioned the night of the event, giving you an opportunity to extend the conversation with an audience in your home or office...or you might just want to hang a piece up because it's so darn cool. We're totally ok with that! With a list of contributors that includes: Peter Good, Anita Soos, Jody Dole, Noemi Kearns, Woody Ford, John Nordyke, Liz & Eric Panke and Vaughn Fender, this event is a must-see. We have a feeling you'll be pretty awed by the ideas and resulting artwork. This event may sell out so please get your tickets early (we are!). Silent Auction closes at 8:00 - All proceeds from the auction will be repurposed to benefit the continued growth of CADC. All auction winners are expected to pay for their purchases by cash / check the night of the event. The evening will begin at 6:00pm and as always, this will be a great opportunity to meet fellow creatives, as well as enjoy some beverages & snacks. Please rsvp here by Wednesday, March 9th or purchase your tickets now.
