DEADLINE EXTENDED for
Hot Sauce Label Design Competition —
Entries Due April 20
Calling all seasoned & spicy creatives… it’s time to get your creative juices flowin’. The CADC is hosting a Hot Sauce Label Design competition. Design a label (or two… or three…) for “Deadline” Hot Sauce — the perfect opportunity to whet your inspiration and clear your sinuses of any congested creative that might be clogging your imagination.
Entry cost will be $15 for one and $20 dollars for two. However, if you’re feeling zesty and want to enter more than two, we won’t extinguish your artistic flame. It will be an additional $5 for every entry over 2 entries. Entry fees can be paid online here.
Entries must be received by Monday, April 20. Submit a hi-res PDF of your labels (following the templates provided below) to either Shannon or Brian.
The sauce for this sizzling event is being donated directly from the Hot Sauce Headquarters.
All entries will be displayed and judged at the event — Thursday, May 14, at Agave in Hartford. The winner will receive $100 plus a case of the actual sauce with the victor’s label printed on them. That’s not all… the winning design will also be placed on the vendor’s site and will receive royalties from all online purchases of that particular sauce. The second & third prize winners will receive $50 dollars.

Last year brought many of Connecticut’s most talented creatives together for a night of communal contribution to the idea of inspiration. This time we’re bringing it to two locations. Two options, one night, you decide where to go and what to bring.
The project that makes you weep like a proud parent.
The piece that the client should have picked, damn it.
The portfolio that you are dying to show the world.
Join us for a casual night of conversation. Share your stuff. And then some.
North Jam sponsored by Aaron Kotowski and the folks at co:lab; South Jam sponsored by creativeplacement.
